Eddyline hails from the USA so if anybody in Nelson should be able to do a Mexican themed beer, they would be a good choice.
Featuring Toasty Malts it sure takes you to the Baja coast with the power of its smooth and caressing taste. Non offensive with minimal bite you can offer this up with pretty much any Mexican cuisine except maybe fish tacos – would still go a traditional cerveza for that.
That said – this Amber Ale is remarkably versatile. Would suit mild spice or heavy yet bland carbs.
