The man behind Bach Brewing has had quite the journey through the liquor industry – culminating in putting family first and realising his dream and passion for craft brewing when he started Bach Brewing.
This drop reminded me a lot of something by Epic so I wasn’t surprised that Luke Nicholas is mentioned in the thanks section of the website, it has the same wicked yet delicate combination of American and New Zealand hops but isn’t quite as heavy as most Epic fanfare.
The ‘Red’ comes from a mix of specialty malts that help to make this such a smooth beer.
Goes well with essentially anything as its flavours speak for themselves – but understandably would be better served in cooler weather where the malts go a long way to warm the insides and the hops stay crisp longer.
